- Management is great - Great HR; easy to communicate with - Great benefits - Management is not very strict when it comes to taking leaves - Leaves in lieu: if a regular holiday falls on a Saturday, it is automatically added as an extra leave, or if it falls on a Sunday, it is automatically carried over to Monday - Lots of room to grow and experiment with technologies - Despite being a relatively new company, the processes are already pretty solid - C-level people (CEO, CTO, etc.) do not separate themselves from employees; they get their hands dirty as well and actually communicate with us often - Work-life balance - Flexible working hours as long as you deliver - Really fun people to work with - Management cares more about their employees' welfare - Learning budget, productivity budget, and free trainings for certifications - Retrospectives for individuals and as a team and for every community and even as a company
