Pros
Good work life balance except you have to provide weekend support without any comp off pay, but it can be managed by taking a leave after discussing with Line manager.
Cons
I've seen and listened from my friends in other teams about their teammates they are great but my team is not very helpful people just want to get work done without giving proper KT or initial guiding.
