Pros
- Friendly and helpful staff (great for new people) - They care about Wellness - Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion - Supportive HR - Great location - Great benefits, work life balance, fun events - Commitment to learning & development (as a fairly new employee, I've learned more in my few months here than I did throughout the entirety of my last job)
Cons
- It's a busy & fast paced environment, definitely not for someone who's looking for an "easy" job (but it's very rewarding and you learn A LOT) - Change takes time - Like any workplace, there are going to be issues or things that don't make everyone happy (ie. busy & fast paced environment, strong personalities, challenging work, etc.), but the team at Stikeman Elliott has shown that they genuinely care about their staff, they're open to feedback and making improvements to what is already one of Canada's Best Employers.
