      Pros

      - Company pays for healthcare and it's actually good healthcare. - Lunch provided every Wednesday, breakfast provided every Monday, and happy hours every month. - Expectation is to work in the office, but there is hybrid flexibility to work from home as you need to. Life happens and it's nice that the company recognizes the need for that balance.

      Cons

      - No 401K employer match

      Work was fairly simple for entry level.

      Cons

      Micromanagement and hypocrisy were constant. They did constant “lay offs”.
