Pros
Started as an intern but was offered a position right after. I have had a lot of opportunities to grow within my role and have been encouraged to take different courses/ certifications to expand my knowledge. The teams are friendly and diverse (I believe we have over 24 nationalities represented) so as an international I feel involved. The office is comfortable and we get free lunch/ snacks.
Cons
No real HR department, most decisions are a little ad hoc and (regarding hiring, salaries, etc.) are decided by the management teams (so potentially your direct superiours) which I believe is not common practice.
