Staffing- I work with some of the best people in the industry. We work as a collective team. Being with the company since its beginning we have gone through our trials and tribulations and yes have fallen short in some aspects and that led to a not so great experience. I will say though that with team work of those who stuck with it we were able to pull ourselves out of the ashes like a phoenix and rise again. Growing pains so to speak. Things have been great lately with upper management and communication and pay structure on the up and up. I have no complaints at this time.

The only thing I could say at this time regarding my employment is, I would love to see us getting back on track with insurance for individuals.
