Pros
I like that Superdrug are now bringing out new targets for workers to ensure that they are keeping up standards for the Mystery Shopper (STEPS and STARS) as it gives us something to work towards. If I am due any holidays I am notified and I am able to take them whenever I want to.
Cons
I feel that if I do something wrong within the workplace, that I am told that I have done wrong whereas if I do something that is very good, I am not praised or encouraged due to it.
