      Nice, educative and thrilling. Good feeling. Nice & classy people to work with, good money. No workday you shall find boring, Coolest hedgies team in the west coast, speed & professionalism, awesome technology, Great for teleworking.

      Cons

      Very tense work environment, Gruesome workload, nearly zero holidays. Ultra stressful job, No holidays can be expected, No errors are accepted. Near military environment. 90+hours / week is expected.

      1> Great remuneration. Nice perks, very satisfying bonus. 2> Working at cutting edge and intellectual Satisfaction. (Always on your toes.) 3> Nice people and cool team. (Some of the best in the industry.) 4> What you kill is what you eat culture.

      Cons

      1> No holidays, (You are expected to work on Saturdays and Sundays also) Very tight time schedules. 2> High stress environment, extremely high stress/tension, which is also time critical. 3> Long hours. (You can expect to work for 80 Hr/ week as a basic expectation.)
