    they offer a lot of assistance to when you first start the job. They also give you time off right at the start. you do not need to wait a long time before taking time off. they also have excellent benefits.

    I worked at Synchrony for less than a year

    Pros

    -paid for summer housing -401K available -mentorship through Assignment Leaders and Track Leaders -ability to be a leader, even as an intern -ownership of projects -never gives extra work over the weekends -incredible pay for an intern

    Cons

    -stern on only working 40hr/week -technology interns were separated from the rest of the intern class; in a different building 2 blocks away -car is necessary
