Could improve on providing more opportunities to learn from coworkers/team since most people are working from home Line managers are from overseas, at least for my role, which can hinder good mentorship opportunity. The managers I have had usually do not have knowledge expertise on running clinical trials and are more focused on high level company sop trainings and FTE on projects.
