      technology company, stable, market leader in it space

      big company, feels slow sometimes, can get trapped within the niche sub industry segment once you are there for a while since there are only 3 primary companies in its segment.

      Flexible work environment, above average salary

      Cons

      Company is very unstable after the merger of Ansys with Synopsys. They are going through a massive restructuring, and my entire team is being replaced by automation and overseas outsourcing.
