About the police complaint let me throw some light, the employee was a failure and faked having mental problems in the middle of a project, the MD was willing to waiver off the bond but did not agree to giving a certificate of the project since it was not complete. The employees father being a police man threatened the MD.

MD sometimes makes the MISTAKE of hiring unprofessional and moody employees in the hope of imparting knowledge and making an impact.
