      Pros

      The work/Life balance is good.

      Cons

      Corporate office is very creepy and act like the Stepford Wives. The team does not have the knowledge or competence to run hotels. The pay is much much lower than competitors and workload is higher. There are no people of color in the corporate office.

      Management is well organized and very supportive. Salary is respected and there are always opportunities for increase.

      Pros

      Fairly good pay, flexible hours, the job in and of itself is pretty straight forward. They do offer benefits, but no 401K.

      Cons

      Terrible work environment. Management is non existent...more worried about everything but running a hotel. If you complain you are ignored. Go to the regional manager, you're told to take it up with the GM (who by the way is the problem) and it turns into a vicious circle.
