The management takes into account all feedback we receive from employees across the globe and we are working on improving overall to equip our employees the tools they need to deliver world-class experience and services to our clients.
All anyone ever does is lie. No one wanted to help each other or be willing to teach about anything. There were absolutely ZERO performance reviews or any feedback from anyone there. You’re not trained for your job so because you can’t get any feedback when you ask you sometimes doubt yourself. HR is a complete joke they don’t even log on most of the time and they don’t know how real discussions work.
