    Vacation days, work from home and office flexibility, salary pay is great, and co-workers are fun to be around.

    Pros

    Culture is important to the company, and they run the business in a way that supports the culture they advertise. All of management truly cares and makes sure you're happy and have what you need to be successful. They have done an amazing job of communicating and providing transparency around all of the changes in the world this last year with COVID.

    Cons

    There really aren't any cons, it's a great company!
