      Pros

      Good product Some people are helpful within the company. Decent data to support the product. The training is okay. Not very many pros.

      Cons

      Work life balance doesn’t exist! If you feel like working 50+ hours and weekends..... then this is the job for you. If you are in a horrible managed care market GOOD LUCK! This is no job for a mom. You won’t ever see you kids. If I could give this 0 Stars I would’ve. I wouldn’t recommend this company to a college grad looking to break into the medical industry.

      Pros

      Good leadership - run by past reps who know what challenges the sales team faces. Recent changes to comp plan actually reward the sales team for doing our job. Best in class product that makes a difference in patients lives.

      Cons

      My goodness, the admin work. An insane amount of time is spent doing admin work, chasing paperwork, helping offices meet insurance criteria. If you want a job where you can just go out and sell this isn’t for you. There are constant hoops to jump through with the internal team who will often unload tasks to the sales team.
