Pros
Strong bond with co-workers as we all could relate to how miserable an experience it was.
Cons
Honestly find any other job. The toxicity starts from the top down. The CEO is one of the most toxic people I have ever come encounter with. Multiple people while I was working there got fired with absolutely no reason or cause, CEO just seemed to be bored and needed something to do. I’ve never worked somewhere where employees would openingly talk so much about their dislike for the CEO/company. It was an everyday occurrence. The actual work is just plain awful. You were essentially being asked to lie to every single client about absolutely everything. Clients thought CEO was doing all the work when really he had a whole team behind him and a whole team in India randomly making sourcing lists. You were being asked to constantly use other employees email addresses on the clients email. I really don’t know how the clients haven’t realized how unethical this company is. CEO is essentially acting as a contractor for these clients and then sub-contracting the work to his employees and most of the clients have no idea. He will then lash out at you when the client comes to him with a question he doesn’t know the answer to, because he’s not doing the actual work.
