Pros
When they assign you to a project, they will not bother you too much about your work unless the client gives negative feedback, then they will get you to go for courses to enhance yourself (not very useful imo).
Cons
Have to attend too many compulsory courses that are irrelevant to my scope of work at the client's site. The interface is not very user-friendly and it's just too time consuming to complete the courses. Also, once your project is ending, there are too many uncertainties (i.e. they said they will try to find a suitable project for you, but there is usually none and they will try to buy time by negotiating with client). Moreover, the bench period has been changed to only 1 month. If you don't get your next project, you will be served a termination letter (1 mth).
