Pros
The best reason to work here is, it's like government job. You have no extra pressure of work. Fixed 9 hours of work. There are many extra extracurricular jobs i.e fun at work, blood donation camp etc.
Cons
There is only one challenge here to work. That is the salary level. TCS pay a lower level of salary compared to other IT company. But after 5 years of experience TCS pay the highest in market salary.
