      World's largest IT Services Company. Lot of learning and development opportunities available. Not a satisfying pay package.

      Cons

      Lot of competition. Lot of policies as it is a very big company. Not good fringe benefits. Value for money only when you visit client locations.

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
