Toxic environment with poor onboarding and job security - Design Engineer Tata Technologies Employee Review

It’s all bad. Most managers are toxic. Project onboarding is lacking, they promise you project onboarding and you end up doing nothing for months. Very stressful, with fear of losing job if not on project. Need to conduct more interviews to get onto a project. Project not guaranteed. Toxic employees, some are nice but most are very toxic. Especially those who have come from Asia and already adopted a toxic work culture, they’re just bringing it with them (some are nice). Redundancy may occur. Don’t move to be close to office in Warwick, as soon as you get into a project you may need to move to client location.
