    Great people to work with

If you want to have a career in customer service you can only progress to a fie!d customer relations role. Customer services staff are not valued

    Advice to Management

Create roles that recognise experience and ensure payscale reflects that with real opportunity to progress. Although TW has investec heavily in customer services office staff are not va!ued and are paid poorly compared to field staff who earn £15k pa mor
