I have been working at Taylor Wimpey full-time for more than a year

    Pros

TW puts the welfare of their employees first and foremost, the way they've looked after us throughout the lockdown period was fantastic. I felt fortunate to be apart of the TW team. I feel that the ethos with TW is to look after the team, which filters down to the build quality and to the customer. I would add I wouldn't normally do this kind of thing, but the way that I've been looked after during the pandemic and the ongoing support and systems in place moving forward I do genuinely feel lucky to be a apart of the TW Team. The pay, and benefits are pretty good too.

    Cons

I really don't to be honest, its a stressful job at times but that's just apart of life.
