      Pros

      Clear and quick paths for progression in job title, salary and commission. There's a clear correlation between effort and reward in your work. Company ethos and management has been fantastic from my experience. Down to earth management and directors.

      Cons

      Being Education recruitment the hours are 07:30 - 17:00, but this is not a negative of TeacherActive, but rather something that is the case across all Education Recruitment.
