      Nothing. there were no pros. the pro was leaving the company

      Cons

      Plenty. Where do I start.... poor training, poor daily operations, and management! inexperienced HQ personnel running the daily field activities. PLENTY of missed pay dates (dates late or not at all). Bounced paychecks. I cannot depend on or trust them.

      Pros

      Great people work at this company. Everyone is pleasant and hard working. As the name suggests, it really is a team effort working here and it shows - the company has grown threefold during my employment here. The benefits are great, 3 weeks vacation, health, dental all included.

      Cons

      Some office drama is always stirring, but is no different than anywhere else. Small company so there is not much room to grow.
