Pros
Tech Data has some of the best people to work with in the Tampa Bay area. The difficulties with the newer management in the company has been detrimental in keeping key employees.
Cons
Poor management. Management positions are filled with people without the basic understanding of their job. They also lay-off their seasoned employees to back fill with cheaper employees.
