Pros

Not that I can think of.

Cons

TechTimes.com is a content mill of rewritten articles from other publications. Its hiring officer/editor has been peddling the site as a "New York startup" but apparently most of its writers come from the Philippines and other low-paying countries like India and Romania who they pay $3 for a 400-word article. I doubt there's someone based in New York.

Pros

Location in financial district was convenient.

Cons

Pay is below industry standard. No benefits, except for NYC employees who received city-mandated 5 sick days. Paychecks were late. Business model is a glorified content farm. We were re-writing stories from other sites using a stupid timing formula the CEO developed. CEO doesn't understand consumer media. He was largely absent and unavailable unless he wanted to reprimand or fire someone.
