Pros

There are no pro’s but a huge list of cons . Will tell my experience from start.

Cons

- On joining you’ll be asked to work on your laptop and after sometime you’ll get a laptop from company which hardly works - HR which stands for Human Resource is not for the help of employees and listen only to management even if it can ruin the career of any resource and will make any fake promises just make you to join this company - Company is located in an isolated place and has a single common washroom which is not even inside the company place and used commonly by all of the people of building - Senior software engineers and HOD’s do not know anything except copy paste. - Upon leaving the company HR will try to stop you by making clauses of her own and giving legal warnings which even does not apply. - Finally on leaving the company you cannot expect your FnF to be done before 6-7 months, that also when after continuous calls and mail. - My suggestion if you want to put a halt on your career, join this company.

Pros

The salary was satisfactory, but I believed there may have been more posibility for improvement.

Cons

Work hard, play hard, or so they say. But at Techugo, it was more like working hard, collpasing from exhaustion. Burnout was not just a posibility; it was practically guaranteed, thanks to the relentless pace and never-ending demands.

Pros

Infrastructure was well maintaned. The people were not the issue.

Cons

- The role described during the interview did not match the actual work assigned after hiring. - Promised leadership on a major redesign initiative never materialized. - Attempts to clarify job responsibilities were met with vague answers, delays, or silence. - The advertised project was reassigned to others despite being used as part of the hiring pitch. - Management later acted as if the original role expectations had never been discussed. - The position existed in name only, not in actual practice or execution.
