Additionally, the HR team was highly organized and structured, which contributed to clear processes and a positive employee experience. I loved the ability to apply to work from abroad and the immediate vesting in 401k + once a year bonus.

Teams often operate in silos, which can create a disjointed experience for customers who utilize multiple services. The organizational structure can make cross-functional collaboration challenging at times. Additionally, the company’s large size can result in executive decisions being made with limited direct engagement with frontline staff. The overall culture can also feel somewhat reserved, which may not appeal to those seeking a more dynamic or highly interactive environment.

Fully remote company, every manager that I've had has been really great and understanding which I appreciate. The benefits aren't too bad either, I've had the HSA plan and absolutely love this plan.
