The boss has a micromanaging style that feels suffocating. I constantly felt as if he was breathing down my neck. leaving me with little room to breathe or make independent decisions. He was incredibly demanding and displayed an unreasonable demeanor that only added to the stress and frustration of the job. To make matters worse, my boss frequently set unrealistic deadlines that seemed more like a form of workplace cruelty than a reasonable expectation. This toxic mix of micromanagement, unrealistic expectations, and questionable behavior created an environment that I couldn't endure any longer, leading to my decision to leave the company.
