Pros
Navman is one company in the telematics industry that cares about delivering great customer service. They have a large focus on customer retention and will go the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy. In the telematics industry service is never going to be perfect for every customer but it was great working for Navman knowing they would do what it takes to right the situation.
Cons
need to differentiate more from other tracking companies. Senior management needs to develop better partnerships to help drive value added services and true partnerships.
