- Unfair pay (if you don't negotiate well when being offered the job): people's salaries varied from £18,500 - £28,000 p.a. for doing the same job and having very similar experience and skills
- Favouritism: if the boss doesn't like you, you will be gone again soon.
- While opportunities for progression were open for all to apply, only those that were friend's with the boss were successful in obtaining a promotion
- Some manager's management style's were edging on bullying. Several members of staff (most of them being strong and confident individuals) regularly came out of meetings in tears.
- Unrealistic targets and pressure that is counterproductive
- At the end of the day, you're just a number - individuals are not being valued or appreciated. The company portrays themselves as one happy family, when in fact it is a throat-cutting, non-caring, money making machine.
- No transparent communication
- Pigeonholing: You are required to complete a PI test as part of the onboarding – the results get shared by the management and the CEO reviews the employee’s “graph”. After looking at it for 10 seconds, he claims to know your capabilities and personality and from that moment onwards you are being put in box, that it is very hard to climb out of.
- High turnover of staff
Overall, one of the worst company’s I have worked for.
