      Pros

      Amazing product, should get acquired at minimum, in a few years even with the leadership. Engineering seems to have the best culture, and even that could be improved.

      Cons

      Executive Leadership has no clue what they are doing. It trickles down into really toxic mismanagement of employees via subpar managers.

      -insane growth trajectory -team and product quality is high -leadership is improving -one of the few non “ai” tech companies growing right now -many opportunities to grow and expand skills -no day is boring

      Cons

      -lots of distractions pop up, some due to tech climate, some due to unfocused leadership -sometimes slow to change
