I manage myself and it's mostly data entry work which I enjoy. Most customer contact is handled via email or text so phone calls are minimal and we're not customer facing.

Supply & demand of technicians, but overall the job is not too stressful

None of them as former employee I can tell.

All of them, they have the worst system for customers/employees.
