    I worked at The Body Shop full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Really enjoyed working here, loved the products i was selling so that helps alot. 50% staff discount and an online loreal website where so much stuff was cheap just for loreal staff.

    Cons

    They do push you alot in the way you sell to customers. sometimes felt awkward having to put items in customers baskets, felt like i was making them buy it.

    Good product you feel good about selling. Good company message.

    Cons

    Management is just like any other retail store. My manager was great, but those above her lead to the same old problems with schedules, reduced hours and increased demand of employees.
