High General Manager turnover leading to inconsistent leadership and poor communication. Operations leadership does not consistently take feedback from long standing staff members. Training is limited and inconsistent, leaving all levels of employees underprepared and without correct tools to perform their role. Maintenance is poorly managed and therefore site level employees constantly at odds due to faulty equipment. Overall a high management turnover constantly adding to low morale and operational challenges across the site.
