Here, ideas are not only welcomed but actively encouraged. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, which helps foster collaboration and innovation. Transitioning from a larger organization to a smaller one initially made me apprehensive, but I soon discovered that despite our size, our ambitions for growth are substantial.
