Pros

I have always been interested in working for apartments. When I found The Communal Group not only was I able to work in the Leasing office but I also learned about actual marketing for apartments. This is not your typical staffing company. I think you learn way more than you would just getting the job on your own. Everyone I met was so nice and supportive and the owner is really inspiring and hands on with everyone. They also host fun events and you have the option to work them too plus you can make bonuses. If you’re looking for part-time work or to get a job with apartment companies I highly recommend sending them your resume to see what’s available.

Cons

I would have preferred increased hours on some occasions but you can make your schedule pretty much.

Pros

One of the greatest reasons to work for The Communal Group is the commitment to empowering people and the focus on professional and personal development for associates. The company is a growing organization teaching people how to effectively work within the multifamily industry. The flexibility is great for supplemental income while learning or transitioning your career. The company leadership's positivity, willingness to do the right thing, and genuine desire to see employees succeed is so infectious and inspires me in everyday life. Great culture! Great pay! Great learning experience!

Cons

As a growing organization the company does not offer benefit packages at this time, but makes up for that through company culture. As they are growing, more companies are learning about their brand so there aren't as many long-term opportunities available for now.
