Owners have open door. You can talk to them when ever Good contests for holidays if you can win them Owners are good people
Cons
Pretty bad comp. they keep raising the bar with out more pay Hours are awful Vacation time is bad 2 weeks tops for reps Benefits suck No pay raises If you have contests and aren't in the big store good luck trying to win ZERO ROOM FOR ADVANCEMENT Management is lazy You will not make any where near 50k working here.
