A lot of lulls during the day during non-seasonal times of the year. You'll be cold-calling customers a lot to bring people into the store, monthly meetings for each "team" require you to disclose your total sales for the previous month, goals for the next are sometimes unachievable and ridiculous for the amount of foot traffic depending on the month
