*You will learn how to work with the bare minimum of everything (info, formation, equipment). *Free coffee (?).
Cons
*Abusive bosses. *They take part of the established salary if you want the insurance "benefit". *Outdated work equipment. *Outdated work methodologies. *They don't offer possibilities of remote working. *Serious lack of COVID measures. *No constant water supply in the office. *No employee formation. The workers have to study on their own in their free time. *International work for multiple countries, but payment following the standards of the origin country (which is NOT enough).
