Pros
The Office is beautifully decorated and in a nice neighborhood of the city. Every desk has premium Mac computers to use. You can pretty much come and go as you please since no one is really watching.
Cons
Everything else. The owners exemplified the type of company that satire comedies are based on. Employees went weeks or months without getting paid, and sometimes never at all. Management was nonexistent at best, horrendous to deal with at worst. I've heard lies, excuses, and backtracking from all owners/managers of this family run company, and it wasn't exclusive to employees - it carried over to clients and vendors. If you expect to be treated like a decent human being, go elsewhere.
