Pros
It is a good place for people that want to kick start their broadcasting career, but don't plan on it being a lifetime job. For the most part, the staff members are positive and sociable. There are office events that one can sign up for.
Cons
Job postings by this company are generally dishonest - they are willing to say a lot of things that are untrue in order to convince people to work there. The management is okay, but not great. The pay is well below industry standards. They are not flexible with hours. You often find yourself doing jobs that are not your own, since they are understaffed. They ignore labour laws.
