    A flexible company to work for

    Pros

    Flexible, work my own hours, free online courses, liase with candidates globally, good sales training courses, make my own schedule.

    Cons

    Can be isolating as work from home online. Salary is low with no bonuses. Health care plan not very good.

    Pros

    My team is fantastic, really supportive, and many of the teams and individuals within the OU are the same.

    Cons

    The politics is unbelievable, owing in part to witholding knowledge (knowledge is power after all), the inability to make a decision and then stick to it, some senior managers hide behind others and expect them to handle the difficult conversations, the very slow pace at which change occurs... The list is long.
