Pros

- A Decent Starting Salary. - Small basement gym can be used before, or after work (not during work hours).

Cons

- Over 50% of Senior Management roles are held by the CEO's family, friends, and their spouses. - Simple questions are almost always met with snarky replies (via e-mail), despite preaching a transparent "open-door" culture. Management very rarely deals with conflict face-to-face, and often revert to passive-aggressive e-mails. - New employees have little to no training and have expectations thrust upon them as early as 2-3 weeks into their role. Little guidance is provided to underperforming employees. - Inflexible work hours in roles that can be done remotely lead to a drain on employees' motivation and happiness. - Senior management has a habit of making giant promises that they rarely follow up on. - A serious lack of innovation and imagination leads means every day is the exact same. There is no interest in helping team members grow, and leaving your workstation for any amount of time is frowned upon. - Many of the roles can suddenly change without consultation. "Smile, and do your job" is the message from management. - High-performing employees that offer constructive criticism will be replaced by low-performing employees who smile, nod, and tow the political company line. - Giant strategic business decisions are made on "vibes" rather than market research.
