Pros
The manager for the Brighton branch during my time there was amazing. However, if you are considering working here I promise your efforts are worth much more absolutely anywhere else in the world. The only other pro which was what kept me working there was that i was allowed to do my university work there as long as my jobs were up to date and customers dealt with efficiently, however, with change in hands on management that was taken away.
Cons
The company is AWFUL. You will be expected to work full day shifts, on your own, with no breaks. If you request for breaks to be introduced you will have your hours cut and sacked in the long run (I saw it happen to my colleagues).
The head office staff is so incredibly rude and not helpful, and unfortunately just before I left they hired a new area manager who was even worse than before. I can not begin to explain how rude she was to staff and even patients.
There are truly too many cons to list here, please believe all these reviews when they tell you how awful it is working here due to the management from above.
There is also no support for staff if you are dealing with bad patients and I am not just talking a little bit rude and mean, I am talking stalker (the police had to end up helping me here, no check up by upper management) violence, aggression, substance abusers who will leave needles in bins and become aggressive to you. The list is endless and there is no help from head office or check ups after.
