Learned more about the inner workings of the shipping industry.
Cons
Rude customers, who think everything should be handed to them. High pricing, and usually unhelpful tech support. Hard to follow doctrines for customers. Overtaken by Amazon returns, hardly anything else happens. International shipping regulations are difficult for anyone to understand and with a line out the door are burdensome and irritating.
