    The Very Group Response

    Employer Brand Manager

Hi there, thanks for leaving such a detailed review of your time as a Merch Assistant at Very so far. We love to listen! Love hearing you enjoy the benefits and rewards programme and our flexible working arrangements especially the big changes we've made throughout Covid-19 in putting our people first. We're looking to build a place to work where people thrive and develop and so your feedback around career opportunities, processes and systems is something we'd really encourage you to either speak with your line manager about, to see what career paths could be available to you and anything that is holding you back, or alternatively, please drop a note to glassdoor@theverygroup.com and I can connect you to the right people in the people team. Thanks!
