Pros
My colleagues were amazing and management was responsive and easy to work with.
Cons
The setup is not sustainable. My other colleague and I were pitted against eachother and at the mercy of a funnel of work that slowly stopped with zero notice. I worked there for 5 years and not one person in management cared that I slowly lost my livelihood -- we barely got notified that it was even happening.
