Pros

The company heavily markets itself as an “AI-focused” organization, but there is little genuine expertise in artificial intelligence or data engineering across senior leadership. Few leaders have hands-on technical backgrounds, yet they routinely position themselves as experts in AI and machine learning. This creates unrealistic expectations internally and misleading narratives externally. The so-called “AI initiatives” are typically driven by junior engineers or recent graduates who are rebranded as AI developers overnight. Most projects involve short-lived prototypes built under excessive pressure, often abandoned before any meaningful progress is achieved. The lack of experienced technical leadership results in poor design, limited scalability, and constant rework. There is no clear product roadmap, architectural vision, or engineering standard. Priorities shift weekly based on marketing trends rather than business or technical rationale. Decision-making is reactive, and accountability is pushed down when projects inevitably fail. The work culture mirrors this instability—low trust, limited transparency, and continuous firefighting. Long hours and burnout are common, while recognition and career growth remain minimal. Constructive feedback is often dismissed as negativity, further eroding morale and engagement.

Pros

None- the description of the company sounds great but it isn’t reality

Cons

1) Lacking integrity- discrimination, favoritism, nepotism, and sexism are all in play here 2) Poor Leadership- micromanagement, lack of direction/no strategy, lacking of experience, and no concern for others in company. It’s surprising to see such poor leadership in a company. Prior CEO, CBO, and CIO after acquisition, weren’t qualified. They are the primary reasons for the majority of the cons on this list. 3) Lack of communication 4) Lack of trust at all levels 5) No career growth 6) Poor sales 7) Poor operations 8) No energy 9) Lacking of consulting services intelligence 10) The culture is off the charts bad 11) There were some good leaders in the past but they were fired because they were a threat to new leaders 12) No future because all of the prior 11 listed cons
